GLORIFYING THE PIE

I developed these campaign ideas to introduce the unique voice of Moondog. The ads are meant to be over-the-top and a little corny, poking fun at the exuberance of 1960s space-age culture but also celebrating it. The awe and wonder over great pizza is a popular theme in Gen-Z culture, Millennial culture—or perhaps the teenage years of any generation. What’s more fun to a young creative crowd than pizza, outer space, and a curiosity-sparking theme?

1960s NOSTALGIA

The esoteric theme also caters to older folks who remember a Space Age America—both the Space Race and the futurist cultural phenomenon. Including staple actors of the 1960s like Don Knotts and television shows like "Lost in Space" and "The Twilight Zone" creates familiarity for Baby Boomers but also piques the curiosity of younger generations.

Something quick like a GIF could be used in emails or a pop-over online ad.
